I can well understand why Rohrs & Rowe won the 'Best Estate Agent in Cornwall' award. Having previously put my property with another well known local agent for six months and only getting four viewings I appreciated the care that Matthew Rowe took in photographing the property, preparing the brochures, showing people around and being there when needed. He kept me informed every step of the way and when my first prospective buyer pulled out he spent time on the phone contacting other possible buyers. The result was that the property went under offer quickly and completed a short while after.
