From our first viewing with Martyn nothing seemed too much hassle, and he answered my endless questions; some obvious, others less so. Martyn was really calm throughout the negotiation process, and I believe by keeping talks friendly and open he found the right outcome for both his vendor and us. It was the easiest purchase I have been involved in - the whole process was painless.

Moving from our much loved, but now far too large home, was something we faced with some trepidation. From that first meeting, we felt that we were in very safe hands. Rohrs & Rowe marketed our property using drone photography to show our coastal position to its best advantage. At every viewing (and there were a lot) Matthew was always there early to meet the visitors. He kept us fully informed all the time and was just as concerned for our future and where we were going as he was about finding us a buyer. The back up from Helen in the office was friendly and efficient. We haven't met Helen but felt we'd known her for years. Having previously put my property with another well known local agent for six months and only getting four viewings I appreciated the care that Matthew Rowe took in photographing the property, preparing the brochures, showing people around and being there when needed. He kept me informed every step of the way and when my first prospective buyer pulled out he spent time on the phone contacting other possible buyers.
