The marketing materials were excellent and your photographer was intent on getting the best shots of our property. The drone footage was also extremely good, as was the brochure. We were selling our house during Covid restrictions, which could have complicated matters, but Matthew quickly selected the most promising potential buyers. We were not keen for the house to become a second home and a perfect buyer was found who felt a connection with the house and garden.
