We decided to sell our unique Cornish farmhouse and discussed the matter with several different agents. We had bought the farmhouse through Rohrs and Rowe some years previously and wanted to sell through them, but felt it was more sensible to use a national firm which was selling the property we were keen to buy elsewhere in the country.
