The house is bright and airy with a stylish and cohesive chic feel throughout. The entrance hall sets the scene with its feature slate flooring leading through to the inner hallway. The sitting / dining room creates an instant wow and is an excellent space in which to entertain. At one end is a wonderful woodburning stove creating a lovely focus for the sitting area and at the opposite end, the dining area features a beautiful fireplace. The centrally placed doorway opens to the patio and a lovely courtyard, overlooking the majority of the garden and down over the heated swimming pool, making a very sociable flow for parties. The snug is a very relaxing room with a pretty fireplace. The kitchen is spacious, again finished with lovely slate flooring, an inglenook fireplace and French doors out to the garden. Upstairs, the bedrooms are finished to the same fine quality. The master suite is set centrally with a walk in wardrobe and lovely en suite. The guest bedroom has potential to be used in many formats and is currently set out as two bedrooms and a study. There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The gardens are delightful, mainly set to the rear and enjoying views to the countryside with a charming summerhouse set to one side of the patio. The heated swimming pool is a great feature, and enjoys a sunny spot, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

There are two lovely detached one bedroom cottages: Phoebes is very pretty and sits closest to the house. It has its own parking area as well as a lovely enclosed patio. Follys has a wonderfully lofty feel, with its mezzanine level making it very memorable indeed. It also enjoys its own enclosed courtyard.

The former tennis court has separate access and could potentially offer further scope, subject to planning permission. There is a large timber barn and another very useful outbuilding store.
