Higher Treluggan is a beautiful former farmhouse offering exceptionally well presented accommodation, in a delightful setting and just a short distance from one of south Cornwall’s finest beaches. The house is bright and airy with a stylish and cohesive chic feel throughout. The entrance hall sets the scene with its feature slate flooring leading through to the inner hallway. The former tennis court has separate access and could potentially offer further scope, subject to planning permission. There is a large timber barn and another very useful outbuilding store.



Treluggan is an exceptionally pretty coastal hamlet set within the highly sought after Roseland Peninsula, a most beautiful peninsula located on the south Cornwall coast, flanked by the magnificent Carrick Roads sailing waters on its western side and numerous beautiful bays and beaches on its southerly side. Just over 5 miles drive further down the Roseland from Treluggan, the peninsula culminates at the exclusive waterside village of St Mawes.

Just one mile to the south of Treluggan is the magnificent beach at Pendower, forming a large section of the spectacular Gerrans Bay, which starts at Greeb Point to the south and then taking in Portschatho and Pendower, Carne Beach and then finishing at the landmark Nare Head where the Nare Hotel sits on its beautiful headland. One of South Cornwall’s longest and most beautiful stretches sandy beach stretches right the way across to Carne and the beach is the perfect location for a family day out, with many wonderful coastal walks in the area along the South West Coastal Path as well as options for swimming, kayaking or fishing.

Rosevine leads to another beautiful beach with the added attraction of the Hidden Hut, set just above the beach and offering some fantastic lunches and is also its infamous feast nights. Portscatho is within easy reach with a host of wonderful shops galleries and eateries. St Mawes is the most famous destination for the Roseland Peninsula. The pretty harbourside village offers boutique shopping and also fine dining with the Hotel Tresanton, the Idle Rocks as well as many fine bars and cafes. Sailing features heavily and there are wonderful beaches to explore as well. The village also boasts a passenger ferry across to Falmouth with its wide variety of facilities making a wonderful day
