Close to Trencreek Farmhouse, the fabulous Caerhays Estate is not only famous for its castle and beautiful grounds, but also for its beautiful sandy beach. The pretty hamlet of Portholland is very accessible and a favourite for families. One of Cornwall’s longest and most beautiful stretches of sandy beach can be found at Pendower and is the perfect location for a family day out, with many wonderful coastal walks in the area along the South West Coastal Path, as well as options for swimming, kayaking, sailing or fishing.
