A very generously proportioned 5/6 bedroom southerly facing detached residence set in a commanding position that enjoys fabulous panoramic sea views across Falmouth Bay and is just a short distance from both Gyllyngvase and Swanpool beaches. The layout currently utilises an integral 2 bedroomed first floor annexe but it could also be rearranged as a single larger family home. It also benefits from a very sizeable plot, with beautiful gardens and ample parking, as well as space to store a boat.

The broad entrance opens to an inner hallway where a glimpse of the view from the sitting room immediately tempts you through to this wonderfully spacious room that enjoys the sea views. The sitting room also has a lovely fireplace, making it a very cosy space on those cooler evenings. Off the hallway is a good sized study, perfect for those wanting to work from home or it could also provide a ground floor bedroom for a guest or an older relative as there is also a wet room on the ground floor.

The large dining room, kitchen and conservatory are adjacent to one another and interlink and as there is also access out to the garden from the dining and conservatory, it makes this area of the house a very sociable entertaining space. The dining room is also ideal for special occasions and the kitchen is generously proportioned, allowing room for a decent sized table as well. The conservatory has a vaulted ceiling that makes for a lovely area to sit and enjoy the views of the garden and the sea beyond. There is also a well appointed utility and a generous integral double garage that offers possibilities for other uses.

On the first floor, the principal en suite bedroom provides the most incredible views and has access to a large balcony that also enjoys the view. The guest bedroom also has wonderful sea views and the third bedroom is orientated to overlook the front and beside it is the family bathroom. A doorway opens from the landing through to bedrooms 4, which, along with bedroom 5, a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom forms a well appointed and fully self-contained two bedroomed first floor annexe. This is perfect for guests or relatives who want a little privacy. This area could easily be incorporated to the house to configure as a single large family residence.

The gardens offer a very large lawn that enjoys fabulous views and there are a wide range of specimen shrubs, trees and plants that help to create a wonderfully tranquil setting. To the side there is a generous courtyard patio area and an external staircase leading up to the annexe.
