Set between Truro and Falmouth, an award winning 4 bedroom contemporary residence offering exceptional accommodation, finished to an impeccable standard throughout, enjoying far reaching countryside views and all set within generous private gardens and grounds.
Constructed to the highest of standards throughout, Little Tregullas was specifically designed for our clients by the multi award winning sustainable architects Arco2. The property has a wonderful sense of space and light, with many idyllic places to sit and enjoy views of the beautiful grounds and the stunning countryside beyond.
On entering you step into a broad hallway that connects all elements of the house. The majority of the living accommodation is set out on this level, with stairs providing access down to the bedrooms below. Standing in the hallway, the view through to the kitchen is hard to resist. The room is bright, airy and is complete with a very high vaulted ceiling that creates a very spacious atmosphere, and the view out from the sun room draws you further forward. The vistas roll away from the house and over the countryside towards the Roseland Peninsula in the distance. The kitchen area features a uniquely shaped central island that is just right for the area, and the room is complimented by a wide range of beautiful, bespoke units to accompany it. There is even a little wooden bridge that leads out from the kitchen area to the southerly facing patio. The sitting room also embraces the outside - French doors open out to the patio and the room is complete with a cosy wood burner for the cooler evenings.
From the sitting room a spiral staircase leads unto the mezzanine above which has been utilised as a spacious office. Alternatively it could be converted to offer yet another bedroom if required, especially in combination with the generous store room which offers the potential for an ensuite. The bedroom accommodation is set out on the lower floor with a generous master ensuite and the luxury of two separate walk in wardrobes. The guest bedroom is also well proportioned along with a third bedroom which also has a very attractive ensuite. Bedroom four is currently used as a pottery studio but could easily be reverted to its original purpose. Thoughtful design throughout the property means every element of living has been carefully considered, there is even a purpose built ironing room.
The approach to Little Tregullas is delightful; set along a quiet country lane just a short distance from the village that offers local facilities. The driveway opens out with a large timber barn to one side, great for storage but also offering potential for many other options. The house is set a little lower with a very spacious and well designed double garage. To the side, there is the main entrance which welcomes you into the house. Just below this is access to the gardens, which feature a pond and stunning planting all around the property. There are a range of lovely spaces in which to sit and relax whilst admiring the gardens, with areas of lawns and all manner of specimen plants, shrubs and trees to make this such a special place to relax and unwind in.
