A beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom barn conversion, set in an elevated position enjoying stunning views towards Porthleven and over the surrounding countryside to the coast and sea beyond. Finished to exacting standards throughout, with well thought out external spaces which create a wonderful link between house and garden
Set in a prime elevated position, Trenwheal Barn stands proudly overlooking its spectacular surrounding landscapes to the coast beyond, with the popular village of Porthleven at its centre. The accommodation has been designed using a reversed level layout in order to maximise its amazing position and the views that it enjoys.
The first floor open plan living room is the feature and has a magnificent vaulted ceiling which creates a stunning sense of space and light. The outside balcony draws you out to enjoy the best of the views - which are spectacular. A wood-burner provides a focal point and a welcoming ambiance within an excellent seating area. The kitchen has a broad central island that creates a great social feel to the cooking area. To the rear of the first floor is an excellent bedroom that again enjoys sea views and boasts a vaulted ceiling as well as a very well finished en suite bathroom and good storage. The ground floor provides a guest bedroom suite, again with a sea view. There are two further double bedrooms, both having sea views and they are serviced by a further shower room and cloakroom. One of the bedrooms could also potentially be reconfigured to offer an annexe for guests or family member.
Outside the gardens have been beautifully landscaped with a broad patio to one side and ample parking. To the front there is an area which includes built in seating and a fire pit to enjoy the views into the late evening. A further area to the western side works well for barbecues or for just relaxing with a broad patio and steps lead that back unto the balcony - making this a very social space. For an extra bit of luxury there is a built in hot tub enjoying far reaching coastal and country views.
