Garden and Grounds

Circa 10 acres in total, the gardens and grounds enclose the house and create a wonderful senses of privacy. The attractive partially walled southerly gardens are well maintained and are mostly laid to large areas of lawn. At the western end of the garden is an old cider press that is now the location of a hot tub. Beyond is an enclosed area that houses the heated swimming pool. Planning Consents

Within the land, on the extreme northern side of the grounds, is planning permission for two large detached houses, where a complex of large stone barns once stood. Conditional Planning Consent was granted on 22nd October 2021 under reference PA21/08588 for the replacement of the two existing holiday cottages with two detached dwellings and garaging.
